Journeyman Electrician Primary Responsibilities: 

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in multi-family housing and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Install conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid), wiring, panels, and fixtures
• Perform electrical upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Train and mentor apprentices when needed
• Accurately document work performed and materials used

Journeyman Electrician Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license
• 3+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and at heights
• Ability to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, job sites)

Pay Range: Up to $50/hr. (Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications)

Painter Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepping surfaces prior to layering paint - cleaning, trimming, taping
• Inspect and repair damaged surfaces - fill and patch holes, cracks and imperfections
• Cleaning and clearing of debris
• Protecting surfaces - taping, drip cloths
• Use of rollers, brushes and sprayers
• Other duties as assigned

Painter Requirements: 

• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift 50+ lbs.
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Able to work independently or as an active member of the team
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at elevated levels

Pay range:   $18 - $25 per hour based on experience
